Processing Time

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time typically takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you contact us before processing begins, we will do our best to assist.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days.

Most orders arrive within 10–14 business days, although delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Customs & Import Charges

If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned or abandoned, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your parcel:

  • Please check with neighbours or household members

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Notify us so we can assist where possible

We are not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
